These terms cover your use of Virtual Crackers (the "App"), a virtual fireworks web app operated by .

1. The App

The App is a digital, on-screen fireworks simulation. It does not sell, deliver or promote real fireworks.

2. Free use

Virtual crackers, the Name Cracker and the preview of any greeting are free to use without limit.

3. Paid features

Greeting (₹39): a one-time payment for one greeting gives you its shareable link, a video of it for WhatsApp Status and the video download. Greeting with a photo (₹59): the same, with their photo drawn in fireworks. Videos are recorded in your browser; where a browser cannot record (for example on iPhone), open your paid link on an Android phone or a computer to save the video. Pro pack (₹399): a one-time payment, for the lifetime of the App, for up to 10 greetings a day (with photos) and their videos without paying each time; after 10 in a day, a greeting costs ₹39 (₹59 with a photo) until midnight India time, when the 10 start again. It also includes the Grand Finale, Auto Show and Carnival (no time limit), and shop display mode for 30 minutes a day with a small "Made with Virtual Crackers" mark. Shop pass (₹999 for the season, ending 31 January; ₹2,499 for one year from first use; ₹699 for the first 10 shops): everything in the Pro pack plus unlimited shop display with no mark, your logo, an on-screen QR code and a customer greeting link that any number of customers can open. A Shop pass is given as a code and stops at the end of its period. Codes: free Pro codes and Shop pass codes can be used once and work on one device at a time; typing the same code on a new device moves it there. Pro works on one device at a time; to move it to a new device, use "Already paid? Restore" with your email and payment ID. Pro packs bought before 15 October 2026 keep working on the devices they already use. New prices apply to new purchases only; everything you already bought keeps working. Anyone with a greeting link can open it, so share it only with people you choose. Prices include applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card or UPI details.

4. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to bypass the licence check or resell licences, and do not use names, messages or greeting links to display or send abusive, hateful, harassing or unlawful text.

5. Availability

We work to keep the App available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may improve or change over time.

6. Liability

The App is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu having jurisdiction.

8. Open-source software

The App uses open-source software, including firework sounds from Firework Simulator by Caleb Miller and the three.js library. Their licences are listed in licenses.txt.
