Refund & Cancellation Policy

Greetings (₹39, or ₹59 with a photo) and the Pro pack (₹399) are digital products delivered instantly, so they cannot be cancelled once used.

Refunds we always give

You were charged twice for the same purchase.
You were charged but your greeting link or Pro pack did not work, and we cannot fix it within 3 working days.

Email us within 7 days of payment with your payment ID (starts with pay_) and we will review it fairly.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5–7 working days. A refunded licence stops working.

Pro unlocks, and the video recording starts, instantly in the App after payment. No physical goods are shipped.
